New Holland 7840

The New Holland 7840 is a versatile row-crop tractor that was part of the PowerStar 40 series, manufactured by New Holland in Basildon, England from 1996 to 1998. It's powered by a robust Ford Genesis 6.6 L six-cylinder diesel engine, capable of delivering up to 90 HP. The 7840 model featured a range of transmission options including constant mesh, power shift, and synchronized systems, offering varying forward and reverse gears. The tractor could be equipped with either a two-post foldable ROPS or an optional Comfort Command Cab for enhanced operating comfort. It boasted a hydraulic open center or load sensing system, depending on the variant, and came with an optional electronic lower-link sensing for the hitch system.
