Wheel Horse Raider 10

The Wheel Horse Raider 10 is a lightweight, manoeuvrable garden tractor that was produced between 1970 and 1975 in South Bend, Indiana. This model is characterized by a 4x2 2WD chassis, manual steering, and an open operator station. It features a choice between two engines: the Tecumseh HH-100 and the Kohler K241S, both air-cooled and gasoline-powered with a displacement of just under 24 cubic inches, producing a power output of around 10 horsepower at 3600 RPM. For moving and operating various garden tools, the Raider 10 could be equipped with either a gear-type transmission offering 3 forward and 1 reverse gears or a belt-driven gear system with 6 forward and 2 reverse gears. An electric starter system facilitated quick and easy starts. The tractor's gardening competence is complemented by its turf-tailored tires, sized 16x5.50-8 in front and 23x8.50-12 in the rear.
