The Mahindra 3640 is a tractor designed with versatility and power in mind, reflected by a 40 horsepower engine that makes it suitable for a variety of tasks. The powertrain comes with two transmission options: a power shuttle transmission with 12 forward and reverse gears or a hydrostatic transmission with infinite forward and reverse gears available in three ranges, offering the operator the flexibility to choose the right speed for the job at hand. The engine is a 4-cylinder diesel with liquid cooling and direct injection, offering reliability and efficiency at a rated RPM of 2800.
