Overview

The John Deere 7800 is a row-crop tractor manufactured in Waterloo, Iowa, USA, between 1992 and 1996. It is available in both 2WD and 4WD configurations, with a six-cylinder, 466 cubic inch, turbocharged diesel engine that offers 170 horsepower at 2100 RPM. The JD 7800 features a choice of two transmissions: a partial power shift with 16 forward and 12 reverse gears or a full power shift with 19 forward and 7 reverse gears. It includes a ComfortGard cab with air conditioning, differential hydraulic wet disc brakes, and a closed center hydraulic system. The impressive lift capacity, ComfortGard cab, and powerful engine make the 7800 suitable for a variety of row-crop tasks.
