Fordson Dexta

The Fordson Dexta is a versatile utility tractor that was manufactured by Fordson between the years 1957 and 1964. It offers a choice of two engines, either a three-cylinder diesel engine with a displacement of 2.4 L (144.0 ci) or a four-cylinder gasoline engine with a displacement of 2.2 L (133.5 ci). Both engines feature a liquid cooling system and a natural aspiration. The tractor comes with a manual steering system, a gear transmission with six forward and two reverse gears, and a 2WD chassis. Equipped with differential mechanical expanding shoe brakes and an open operator station and featuring a fuel tank capacity ranging from 31.8 liters for diesel models to 43.1 liters for gasoline models, the Fordson Dexta caters to various farming needs while emphasizing simplicity and functionality.
