Allis Chalmers 720

The Allis Chalmers 720 is a 2WD sub-compact utility tractor which was produced from 1975 to 1983. It features a 49.8 cubic inch two-cylinder gasoline engine with a power output of 19.5 horsepower at 3600 RPM and an air-cooling system. It comes equipped with a hydrostatic transmission having infinite (3-range) gears both in forward and reverse directions. The chassis is a 4x2 2WD configuration, and the tractor is steered manually. It sports an open operator station making it accessible but less protective against the elements. The tractor's wheels come with either agriculture or lawn/turf tires, providing versatility for different types of work. The electrical system is supported by a 12V, 53Ah battery, and starting is facilitated by an electric starter. The Allis Chalmers 720 was designed for a range of tasks and could be used with various attachments, made possible by its independent rear PTO with an electric clutch, operating at 2000 rpm.
